Martabak Mie
Material
- Yellow egg noodles , soaked in hot water and drain
- butter
- 50 gr corned beef
- 1/2 cans of sweet corn
- Beat 3 eggs chicken eggs.
- White pepper powder
- salt
How To Cook
- Heat the butter. stir-fry corned beef and corn until it changes color . Add noodles and stir well.
- Pour the eggs and season with pepper and salt. Cook until done
- Serve immediately accompanied by tomato sauce or chili sauce
